GP Net Earnings

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The average pay for GPs working at Dove Valley Practice in the last financial year was £87,805 before tax and national insurance. This is for 5 full time GPs and 3 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months.

Please note that the prescribed method of calculating earnings is potentially misleading as it takes no account of other expenses that the GPs must pay in addition to tax and national insurance such as indemnity cover and how much time the GPs spend working in the practice.

Please note The Dove Valley Practice will be closed on;

This might mean that routine appointments are postponed. Please be patient as this is unavoidable and our team are following Government guidance.
